Contribution of assets to charter capital
When property, equipment, a vehicle or intellectual property is contributed to charter capital as a non-monetary contribution: a valuation report and a complete set of documents for registration.
Purchase and sale of property
Support of the transaction on the seller’s or buyer’s side: substantiation of value, preparation of documents, advice on contract terms.
Financial reporting and fixed assets
Revaluation of fixed assets, determination of fair value, impairment assessment — for accounting and reporting under International Financial Reporting Standards (IAS 16, IAS 36, IAS 40, IFRS 13).
Inventory, write-off and disposal of fixed assets
For institutions and organisations: inventory and a specialist opinion on the condition of equipment, machinery and other fixed assets. The opinion sets out the lawful alternatives: transfer to another balance sheet, sale as a whole or for parts, directly or by auction.
Land plot boundaries (GPS)
Determination of plot boundaries on site by GPS and reconciliation with the coordinates in the documents; where discrepancies are found — advice on the next steps. Before purchase and sale, construction and division.

Licensed audit partners are engaged where required; the task is performed as a single engagement supported by AECS.
