AECS LLC — Azerbaijan Evaluation and Consulting Service. We provide valuation, consulting, analytics and expert opinion services to businesses and private clients. The foundation of our work is a substantiated result: the source of every figure and the basis of every method are stated.

The company is included in the list of valuation organisations of the Chamber of Appraisers of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Our appraisers are members of the Chamber and hold qualification certificates of the State Examination Centre.

Standards and legislation

What we rely on

Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Valuation Activity” (8 December 2023, No. 1052-VIQ) and the valuation standards of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

International Valuation Standards (IVS 2025) — where the contract so provides.

International Financial Reporting Standards (IAS 16, IAS 36, IAS 40, IFRS 13) — for financial reporting purposes.

In every area, the legislation of the relevant field and the requirements of the task at hand are taken as the basis.
